Did you know that ?

If your company is registered in a member State of the E.U. or in Switzerland, you may employ staff in France with a very simple standard procedure which presents no particular difficulty. If your company is registered in a non E.U. State that is also possible, but it is recommended to check if a social security treaty is in force between France and the other State and to study its content.

In any case, for the staff employed in France, you will be liable to French social security contributions which are payable, generally, on a quarterly basis. Concerning management of human resources French labour law will apply.

It is recommended to take advice from a Chartered Accountant..
